I was so excited for Frank + Madeline’s wedding day, I had heard so many exciting details, and man, did they do an amazing job putting their day together! There were so many little details that made things so special! I also had a first: my work on a chocolate bar! 🙂

All the ladies were getting together in the hotel room, but then everyone went to their own rooms to change into their dresses. We were waiting on mom and sister to return so that Maddie could get into her dress. Maddie just couldn’t wait, she was so anxious to get into that thing. At one point I turned the corner to see her with one foot in the gown. She just was so ready to be married!

So this was the most nerve wracking moment of the whole day. Maddie’s sister was putting on the pearls that Frank had given her, and as she did a quick test that the clasp was secured, the necklace broke! It was a tense moment, trying to figure out what we could do. I immediately asked if anyone had thread, no thread but we had dental floss! We didn’t have a ton of time, so I quickly made a “fix”, it wasn’t perfect but I really don’t think a single person noticed the whole day/night long!
