Kyle + Taylor | Married | Watertown / Hay Loft Wedding

June 27, 2018

One thing that could never be doubted when I was working with Taylor was that she was so excited and had so much anticipation for her wedding day. Which I know seems a little silly to say, a wedding day is something any bride and groom should be excited about. But Taylor just exuded her joy, this bright excited energy, every time I talked with her about her wedding. When you know the story of how long they’ve been together, I think this excitement and anticipation was shared by a lot of her close friends and family 🙂

So when you plan a May wedding, you mostly are worried it will be cold, or rainy. Well Kyle and Taylor didn’t have to worry about the cold on their wedding day. Their wedding day had few clouds and hit 100º. Don’t let their fresh faces fool you, it was a scorcher!

I spy some Tiffany Blue!

Walking down the aisle and seeing Kyle was Taylor’s favorite moment of the day! 🙂

We went to a garden center that Kyle and Taylor frequent for portraits

One of Kyle and Taylor’s relatives gave them the advice to take any chance to slow down and just spend time with your wedding party. Time to relax and take in and enjoy this beautiful day. So the bride and groom requested a pit stop at a local watering hole to hang out with their wedding party!

The shoes are comin’ off!

This dandoline field was the perfect setting for some golden hour portraits! <3

The Hay Loft served as such an awesome setting for a wedding. Family and friends gathered around to chat, catch up, play games, and enjoy this beautiful space!

I love seeing Liller Photo alum at weddings! I first met Kyle and Taylor at Michelle and Scott’s wedding last year!

So I send out a post wedding questionnaire to my clients, it has a mix of asking for vendor details so I can credit them, and share so love, as well as questions about their day.
One of my questions asks what song they danced the hardest to. So I was going over Taylor’s answers and here’s what she wrote:

!!!!!!!

I shot Taylor a text when I read this, she totally laughed it off and was very “no big deal” about it! I think it’s an amazing story, but I know not every bride would laugh about ending up in the ER on their wedding day! So glad she can laugh it off! Here’s a photo her dad snapped at 3am:
